Altered CEL_Studio:
- to use Funcom component for render to texture character
- Removed Draw tick
- Set Render texture material directly
- Remove need to create material instance each frame

Altered CEL_W_UICharDisplay
- Sent Render Target Material

Added MyPaperDolly Render Texture
Added MyPaperDolly Render Material
Added CEL_UICharacterDisplayCapture2 based on funcom inventory screen character render
Added CEL_M_UICharacterBackground material based on funcom but changed to stop disappearing green.
Added Actor Component CEL_RGBLabSave to save lab colours and restore on load

Altered CEL_MC to add CEL_RGBLabSave component
Altered CEL_W_Mirror to pass RGB vales to save component

Recompiled mod as it was saved with an old version of PersistentHumanoidNPC in the local content folder on the authors computer. This is just a clean compile
