• Adjusted the equation used for deciding when to refill chests
• Had a stern talk with chests about personal space; they will no longer generously spawn loot from OTHER chests (this only affects newly made chests, so that weapons chest you have that keeps generating fossils is gonna keep doing that)

Chests should take 10x more time to refill.
