Updated hold type to match a regular usp.

Made minor performance improvements

Fixed issue where sound stopped playing after a kill. Adjusted the messages to be clearer and distinguishable between a inno target and a detective target

Made changes so that killing a fellow Traitor whilst in essence transfer will set your chances to 0%. Made it so that if the target for essence transfer dies, the player who initiated the transfer will be killed.

Tweeked chances to be higher to start with but increase slightly less with each kill (Still done by inno/traitor). Reduced speed given whilst in active essence transfer.
