=] Various trait/civic icons have had issues fixed.
===] The 'bleed' on all trait/civic icons should now be fixed.
===] The random white pixel on the 'The Voidholder' civic has been removed.
===] The 'The Civilizations' civic's icon is now appearing as it should.
=] All Timeless traits have been expanded. Each category of trait now has two levels of positive and negative trait, the higher-level being extremely game-changing and the lower-level less so. (Some of these high-level traits may be overpowered, but I will try to reign them in if I find them to be so. If you don't like any of them, you're free to not use them. AI won't ever generate with any of the FTEOE traits, so dealing with the traits is completely optional.)
===] Various trait descriptions and quotes have been modified.
=] The 'Altruistic' trait's Trait Point cost has been increased from 8 to 12. (This is because Altruistic was rediculously overpowered. It basically forces happiness to 100%, so you're getting a LOT more out of it than any of the other happiness traits.)
===] Additionally, Unity production has been increased from +50% to +100%.
=] The 'Hedonistic' trait's Trait Point cost has been reduced from -8 to -12. (This is to properly account for the increased consumer goods and food upkeep.)
=] The 'Eternal Day' trait now has +35% job upkeep. (this was made to go alongside the Nox Aeterna rework, and makes Eternal Day slightly less overpowered and far more realistic.)
===] To compensate for this also affecting researchers, research is effectively increased by +25%. (the -50% 'penalty' that is to balance the trait is now -25%, so effectively +25% from combined with global job output increase of +50%)
=] The 'Nox Aeterna' trait now has -35% job upkeep. (this should make Nox Aeterna pops slightly less horrible. it effectively now only has a -15% job upkeep compared to output.)
===] To go alongside the Eternal Day changes, research is effectively reduced by -25% (again, the +50% 'bonus' that is to balance the trait is now just +25%, so effectively -25% combined with global job output reduction of -50%)
=] The 'Willbound' trait's Government Ethics Attraction has been increased from +500% to +1000% (really no actual change, since attraction was already overwhelming, but it looks nicer and more significant)
=] The 'Immutable' trait's Trait Point cost has been increased from 10 to 12. (Was way too low before, still rather low for what it provides.)
=] The 'Unrelenting' and 'Tidebroken' trait's Trait Point costs have both been reduced from -6 to -8.
=] Timeless ethics now change opinions between empires. (they're basically super-ethics, now)
=] All Faction Approval modifiers have been removed. (This is due to my utter inability to figure out how to make it work. I was expecting for it to work with modifiers, but apparently not.)
