+ Made the GM's Screen useful and added states to it for:
---- Dark Heresy 2nd Ed
---- Dark Heresy 1st Ed
---- Only War
---- Black Crusade
+ Added a d20 for every color for hit locations, % is the same as the normal rules.
+ Merged the Dice Towers and the Dice Floating thiny
+ Dice Towers for every color
+ Bags for every color
+ Fixed placements of player colors (Names, Portraits...)
+ Added Game Master's Kit for Dark Heresy and Only War
+ Added a pink bag of a bunch of objects for the GM.
