+ Fixed the Table

~ Removed the DM & Model bags, replaced with links to the workshops.
This was due to them causing the game to lag and stutter when saving.
This was especially disruptive with auto saves while a game was being played.

+ Added Deathwatch 'Solo Mode' and 'Squad Mode' Sheets
+ Added 3 PDFs with states for each game as player aids that shows the user informative charts.
+ Added 3 Charts for DH2e, OW, and BC as player aids for expending XP.
+ Tokens in Infinite Bags are now in the Tokens bag for easier loading.
+ Data Pad note tool added for 40k theme.
