Fixed recently introduced bugs (reported by Devidose):
* Gray anomaly spawned during a playthrough the Tempest were active.
* L-Gates opened sequentially and the Tempest didn't spawn at other L-Gates when things initially opened. Also the Gray anomaly spawned again in every L-Cluster system when the Factory was destroyed.
* Also possible neutral destroyed Tempest Shoal sitting where the Factory used to be.

Again fix built-in-support for Twinks Dessanu (origins, species_class, graphical_culture, species_portrait, all give false positive)

revert the built-in support for Twinks Dessanu (there still error)
