-added victory theme
-decreased active frames on up air (5 -> 2)
-added secret alts (hime, liz, frisk, and acid rainbows). activate them by holding a direction (up/down/left/right) as the match starts! (NOTE: secret alts only work on alt slots that arent the normal one)
-allowed for spinning with dive by pressing jump in addition to pressing special
-added "finished" tag
-allowed for cancelling up special by pressing parry in addition to the current method
-added the ability to instantly get 999 pons in training mode by pressing down + taunt
