GAMEPLAY
Side Special: Removed spacies cancel. May now be charged by holding down the attack button (*proof of concept, need to figure out how to properly code Special charge behavior*). Increased startup, duration, and endlag. Added whifflag. Updated SFX. KBG formula increased from `6+.4` to `6+.6`. Angle changed from 90 to 75.
Forward Tilt: Angle changed from 50 to 45.

SPRITES
Implemented Parry animation
Walk animation updated. Bouncy handle :)
Default waveland sprite no longer has glitchy effects

UPGRADES
Creator's Curse: Updated name & flavor text. Item functionality still not yet implemented.
