Fixed: particles and sounds not playing when S&D bomb is teleported, maybe fixed small blocks/items not syncing, maybe fixed glass duplicating when reset, maybe fixed sounds not playing when damaged by some things

Added: New S&D-only signs, standing signs, new sounds, the S&D bomb will now come back when thrown off the map
