Update: Most of the Habitat Arcologies have been moved from late to mid game. All Habitat Arcology Projects have to be researched first for a moderate cost (see screenshot[i.imgur.com]).

Foundry, Industrial, Research, Fortress, and Farming Habitat Arcologies are available after taking Voidborne ascension perk. Take the perk, wait until new month and research options will appear. This is because I did not overwrite Voidborne perk as I wanted to keep the mod highly compatible.

Bureaucratic and Refinery options are unlocked via second stage Voidborne (Elysian Isles perk).

Update is compatible with existing saves, you will not lose your progress. Habitat conversion won't be cancelled, even if you don't meet post-update the requirements, but any further projects need to meet those.

Habitat Arcologies will provide 10 housing and 5 jobs per district if you have Voidborne perk and 10 housing 10 jobs per district if you have Elysian Isles perk. I think this is a reasonable trade-off for the ability to create arcologies much earlier into the game.

- Refinery District rebalance: +3/+3/+3 refinery jobs +1/+1 clerk/maintenance jobs. Adjusted cost, build time, housing and upkeep.

- Added Refinery Habitat Project: Turns Habitat into specialised habitat with refinery districts. Each Habitat Refinery District gives +5 gas +5 crystals +5 motes producer jobs, provided empire has the technology to manufacture these.

Appropriate technology is required in order to produce specific Strategic Resources and you need to research at least one synthetic Strategic Resource technology in order to have access to this project (exploitation and production are two different techs).

- New Habitat Arcology Project: Bureaucratic Habitat. Single district provides 10 Bureaucrat / Coordinator / Synapse Drone jobs. Probably needs balancing. Then again, against what?
- Introduced integration with Dyson Swarm - colonizing space. Choose Children of the Void civic as usual to gain Habitat Captain jobs on Habitats and Dyson Swarms and get access to habitat arcology projects (specialised habitats) on standard habitats. Dyson Swarm structure will provide single Habitat Captain job, this may change.

To do: look into vanilla negative Void Dweller perk on Ring Worlds and non-vanilla habitats. Project Habitat Refinery (Districts). Further early game balancing.
