Neutral Special
- Added unique SFX
- Added "splat" effect
- Shoots slightly faster

Forward Special
- Adjusted the timing of the hitboxes
- Damage setup: 2, 2, 2, 2, 4%
- Should now be easier to keep opponents in the "circle"

Down Special
- Slightly faster startup
