soundtrack menu - updates to shuffle button code to hopefully fix bug with 'default' soundtracks and also to not waste resources shuffling things and updating the config menu if you're just on a specific set soundtrack

Soundtrack Menu updates:
- fixed music breaking if you press the 'Next soundtrack' button while in a boss fight
- fixed 'Next soundtrack' button sometimes not working in randomize mode

no health cap - fixed mod killing keeper if the limit is set to half a heart
- fixed mod saving int values as floats in rare cases and stuffing up the save file
- fixed mod sometimes trying to save data every frame when limit is set to less than 12 (potentially overwriting updated data)
no pickup cap - fixed keeper not healing in shops
no costumes - fixed mod trying to check for coop ghost costumes and bugging out
devil and angel doors - added check for the emperor card usage
