Soundtrack Menu: small bug fix

NoCurses: fixed disabled curses being able to be applied mid-floor

Item Ban List: fixed inventory item replacement being able to swap an active item for a passive and vice versa

Soundtrack Menu: fixed bug where if you were in a StageAPI custom floor it would fail to play music that hadn't been set for the floor in its StageAPI settings
