--Modified "Add to Hand" button for Call to Battle cards. The cards will now use SuperSpitzi's hand shuffle routine to mix up the hand after the Call to Battle cards are added. This helps hide the newly added cards in your hand to keep your opponent guessing on which one you decided on.

Added buttons to Call to Battle Decks for convenience. Clicking "Add to Hand" will add the cards to the player's hand who clicked the button. Clicking "Return Cards" will return them all back to their table location. (It's a quick way to pass them into your hand and back.)
