Homeworld spawn nearby when I tested it in the new patch so that issue might be fixed.

Zroni/Baol homeworld should now actually spawn nearby.

Fixed issue where the wrong flag was set when you selected the first league allowing you to have a chance to start a second precursor chain.

Fixed issue where baol/zroni home systems would not spawn nearby.

Hidden civics since using the edict is simpler and less punishing.
The civics will still work on current saves and on any existing races.

Added localisation files for other languages.
They are still in english but if anyone wants to help translating contact me.

Added another way to select precursor.
When the game start you will have access to an edict that will open a screen where you can select what precursor you want.
