v1.2 "Europa"

All of the european tags added:
- Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Malta, Cyprus, Israel (fascist/neutral/ democratic emblem added, but will use generic communist emblem)
- Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan (fascist/neutral/ democratic emblem added as well as historical communist emblem)
- British Raj will now use Star of India https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Star_of_India_(flag)#/media/File:Star-of-India-gold-centre.svg
- "Fascist" Hungary will now use Kingdom of Hungary CoA: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Coat_of_arms_of_Hungary_(1915-1918,_1919-1946;_angels).svg
-- stop asking for the arrow cross emblem - there is no Arrow Cross Party in the game (Hungarian """fascists""" are just German aligned Horthy's government)
- revised generic communist and fascist emblem to be less mashed up
- Iraq got it's democratic version of the CoA (will not use generic democratic logo anymore)
