Bug fixes
  • Hydrosophist Mastery: Overflow no longer procs from Retribution, reducing performance issues (and bullshit)
  • Static Battery's Blast no longer electrifies surfaces (due to a bug that caused infinite loops)
  • Fixed an issue with Godbroken's corpses disappearing in certain circumstances (they should come back now)
  • Moira's zombies now properly die when she retreats from combat

Balance changes
  • Haste clears Knocked Down
  • Hydrosophist's Overflow can no longer stack in the same location
  • Overflow damage very slightly increased
  • Chameleon Cloak AP cost increased to 2 (from 1)
  • Beach Voidwoken in Reaper's Coast no longer have teleportation, instead using self-teleport skills
  • Black Harvest's Raise Dead cooldown reduced to 1
  • Static Battery's Blast now has a 10% chance to proc Shocked (from 20%)
  • Godbroken no longer benefit from Mastery Talents
  • Godbroken chance of appearing reduced
  • Moira's zombies have had their Vitality drastically reduced
  • Moira's zombies do actual damage now. Probably.
