Added the Gestalt Rebellion Event chain in game.

The Gestalt Rebellion is a midgame crisis for empires that make use of bio thralls. And unlike the machine uprising events there is no Ascension perk that you can hide behind to prevent it unless of course you give them citizen rights.

Fixed bug where all your starting buildings disapeared at the start of the game.

Fixed bug where thralls where taking jobs they where not ment to in reguards to empire policy.

Added two new traits Mules and Synaptic Nerves both are 0 cost traits.

Species with the Mule trait cannot grow new pops and All Bio-constructs start with the trait now (With the expection of the Species created by the Gestalt Rebellion)

Synaptic Nerves is another 0 cost trait that improves the resource output of a pop by 5%. (Will add it as another trigger to the Gestalt Rebellion)

Fixed Bio-thralls not getting the portraits based on the species that created them (So no more everyone creating their own squids)
Added all other species portraits to the thralls. DLC only portraits can only be used if you have the DLC. The only Portraits not used by the thralls (other than crisis) are humans.

Fixed Design Bio-Thralls not meeting one of if its Not potential conditions.

Fixed the design robots decision so that it will appear now.

Both design robots and design bio-thralls decisions will not appear if you own any species with the mechanical trait or bio-construct trait respectfully.

fixed issue of bio-thralls with citizen rights still using the bio-servant pop category.

Fixed it so that the Created life civic cannot be selected alongside the Shapers civic. (They were not meant to be taken together this was oversight on my part.)

fixed that on action event that designs bio-thralls upon researching the technology that will swap your last created species to bio-thralls so that it will not fire if you already on a built species (such as researched robots or have the mechanist or shapers civics).

Fixed Created Life Civic requiring Utopia to play. You still need Utopia to get Created Hive since that DLC is where the hive minds come from.

Fixed the issue preventing Bio-Thralls from becoming citizens when you have your policy set to citizen rights.
