Update 02-08-2020:
- tweaked some colours for better legibility and consistency (particularly Aqua)
- added intermediary gray color for use in primary jersey of Macedon for better legibility
- tweaked primary jerseys of Aztecs, Georgia and Khmer for better legibility
- tweaked a few alternate jerseys of Aztecs, Cree and Scotland for fun and profit
- tweaked unit tints for several previously not changed civilizations for consistency with the jersey colours
- updated screenshots
