Readded Tarokaka textures. Because why not?

Rolled back to version 1. After several tests, Torakaka does not appear whatsoever. However, when using the Tarokaka as the main texture, Taokaka will somehow appear.

Added Torakaka resources. Torakaka MAY appear in-game, but tests have not shown results. However, I can confirm while testing the Torakaka texture, I came across the model with the TAOKAKA texture. So Torakaka might appear, but very rarely

May have fixed consistency errors. (added $bbox -13.0 -13.0 -10.0 13.0 13.0 75.0 into .qc file)
