- Paradise Lost now has two unique starting buildings

Tweaks:
- Precursor anomalies on uninhabitable worlds always give research deposits, so they don't interfere with minor artifact spawning
- Convergent Evolution also gives Alien Zoo tech option

Additions:
- Ship Graveyard stars with orbital debris that can be cleared by decision
- Ship Graveyard, added short event chain once all orbital debris has been cleared
- Paradise Lost is now a low-tech start, like Eager Explorers or Payback

Tweaks:
- Ship Graveyard, no longer has the option to not spawn dig site
- Paradise Lost can no longer be taken with Eager Explorer
- New alien event turned off with Broken Shackles

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed blocker events not spawning deposits properly.
