Additions:
- New crime event
- New random events for the Damaged Ecosystem situation
- Converting your homeworld to a city world will end the Damaged Ecosystem situation

Tweaks:
- Damaged Ecosystem, exploiting gives higher benefits
- Damaged Ecosystem progress effected by some leader traits
- Terraforming your homeworld with Azaryn will end the Damaged Ecosystem event chain within two years

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Elpis Directory leader traits
- Adjusted buildings given by Elpis Directory
- Fixed Frontier Adventurer from resetting minor artifacts when loading a save
