- Adaptability Finisher now effects Habitat and Ring World designations
- Enigmatic Encoder gives +5% Evasion
- Three new techs that increase space fauna damage
- New repeatable techs for space fauna weapons

Tweaks:
- Mark of the Whisperers gives +1 disengagement opportunity instead of +5% disengagement chance
- Advanced rare resource techs also increases rare resources from miners by 100%
