Balancing

Balanced the weapons a little now since limbs can be extracted in other ways.

Feedback is always welcome.

This should fix any balancing issues with other mods, where my cannibals were way too strong.

Limb Extractor added.

Fully functional, please report problems!!!

Testing whether I can change anything in this mod. I lost all my files, so I had to download the mod from the workshop.

Updated a new game start as a solo cannibal with relatively high stats.
