Some updates and fixes.

Updates to cannibal buildings. Can now be used in different ways.

Also, added human bodyparts to SOME humans in Kenshi (not all, since it's time consuming and will add a few new characters to be eaten every now and then, and since some characters might be skeletons or human etc). If you see any non human start dropping human parts let me know :)

For some reason, the death items are available even when someone is not dead, but merely knocked out, I hope the devs will fix this, or give us an alternative.
