Added a HUD icon, new TLS skins, made an animated world model, fixed the animations online (removed second reload set, reworked item pickup/helping hand)

Recompiled on arby26's Desert Eagle V2 animations:
* different origin
* different reload anim (but I kept the old ones, too)
* itemhand animation is no longer static
Replaced animated bullet with a particle effect
Removed invisible flashlight on w_model
Made the gun MORE SHINY
Inverted the green channel of the normal maps
