Revised again cost of upkeep for most roman and elite persian units, increased cost of construction III-IV tier of cities main buildings, standarized all costs for Constantinopolis main building (ERE special version) that i overlooked previously.

Revised damage of melee weapons (swords, spears, cavalry lances) and some arrows for better balance, revised armor for persian mounted bowmen (+ mercenary version) and stats of various mercenary units to match better their price (and
mercs versions if exist).

Revised upkkep cost for government buildings and added +10% movement bonus to Constantinopolis main building (the same way the rsg bonus works, however 25% there is really too much with this mod as it decreases AI handicaps for that).

Revised German horsemen retainers vs. mercenary version that was mismatched in FotE with Vandali similar unit. Edited bows for regular desert archers units (african and arab ones and mercs version).

Another minor update for unit costs of selected roman units and persian ones, additional unit for mercenary pool (Germania, Maxima Sequanorum, Raetia) - FotE renamed them to Mercenary Germanic Raiders, originally they were Vandals. In fact they are mirror unit to Equites Ambacti (Mounted german retainers).

Revised cost of industry buildings and some trade - i don't like to get lower tier buildings give more incomes then their higher level version - like food market, so things go more balanced and logic. Revised food consumption for roman minor water buildings (-5 for tier III - IV). Revised time to build some constructions - most significant is triumph statue/arch.
