-In order to combat the network lag during Monsoon season, added a config option to reduce Monsoon flood, set to 40% as default; This is a ducttape fix until we successfully slim the data packets properly.
-Stinkray have been reduced to 50 HP, as in Shipwrecked.

v0.7.0

Monsoon Tycoon

-Added Monsoon puddles!
-Added Sandbags! (Useful!)
-Please note these known differences between SW and IA flood:
--If Summer/Dryseason is set to None, SW puddles instantaneously cease to exists as soon as Greenseason ends. IA fixes this.
--IA Water Crocodogs spawn their puddles at the smallest stage, but those grow by 1 tile per clock segment until they reach the global puddle size. That takes a day at most. Consider it a mercy period to put down some sandbags.
--IA puddles have an ugly grid on them. There's nothing we can do about that Lua-side, since it's caused by how entity animations are filtered. (If you zoom in, the filter messes the edges up less and you can see the animations actually meet perfectly.) This is not the same kind of bug as the one that causes ugly white grids on the RoT ocean. The latest Factorio Friday Facts actually talks about this stuff a lot.
--IA puddles reclaim their entire area if the source ("eye","core") is reflooded by a different puddle.
-Visual Variations!
--Butterflies and Krampus now change appearance depending on climate, and grass is green on island turf.
--In addition, the following items change appearance depending on their source: Held Butterfly, Butterfly Wings, Cut Grass, Log, Banana;
--These differences are aesthetic only, the items behave exactly the same, and can even be stacked.
-Because Warly is now an official character, IA no longer adds him to the roster.
--However, there is now a config option to rebalance Warly to behave as he did before the official release. This does not affect his official skins or official DST quotes.
-Removed Ceviche, Banana-Pop, Monster Tartare and Fresh Fruit Crepes, since they now exist in the base game.
--However, Warly's rebalance option restores Monster Tartare to its SW glory. (requires egg and veggie, but has significantly better nutrition)
-IA politely asks if you'd like to disable caves on Island worlds. (It used to forcibly prevent them.)
-IA dishes are now spice-able.
-IA dishes had their Crockpot and Plate placements adjusted for the Warly Refresh.
-fix waves being rogue and windy during Monsoon when they should be in Hurricane season
-fix Sealnado spawn behaviour somewhat, it is now attacking on the dawn of day 35, and then every 8th day of winter unless killed, in which case it won't attack next winter.
-fix Ballphin mining help (no longer restricted to Coral Reefs)
-Fishermerm now properly catch fish.
-(RoT Beta) fix Cooked Roe invisible on land
-(RoT Beta) fix crash with non-inventoryitem floaters
-fix crash when retrofitting pre-RoT worlds for RoT (will not generate moon island because there is no space)
