Adjusted the zoom level of the special VHS-2 scope. Also increased recoil and adjusted movement and sprint behavior.

Added the VHS-2, a very recent audition to the Croatian based company HS Produkt. Comes equipped with some unique attachments and a unique optic when no other is installed.
All weapons no longer use animations for customizing due to it being broken
The reload speed was increased on the AS-"VAL"
