Added a timer, if you want to put a team on a timer.

Put back the input boxes for your own team's list of clues at the bottom of own team's sheet. Pressing tab now cycles to the proper input field (vertically in a round instead of horizontal).

Fixed the problem with cards being dealt in hands, thus being shown to your teammates (now creates a hidden zone where your hand would be, and removes it when next card is dealt),

Added ready markers for teams to signal they're ready to proceed to the next phase.

Changed Custom UI buttons text color and made text bold
