Bug fixes on the explosion not spawning... Like always i hope you enjoy!

Minor armor spirte tweaks and issues fixed with the armor nothing too noticeable just bothered me, fixed empowerment frames, it skipped the final 3 and finally i nerfed the sword and ability a heap, but it's still very effective... Like always i hope you enjoy!

Added custom particle effects with help from 「❤」 and polished some animations for soul edge's soul charge attack, fixed the issue with the frames on 3rd and 4th attack, fixed the ruinquake/soulcharge attack piercing, made the 4th slash in the combo bigger, and neatened some other things...
