Added GT46C ACe (TT, LDP, SCT class)

Made some more minor fixes, as well as:

• Removed extra toolbox on assistant's side
  
• Removing the coupler also removes the cutbar

Fixed bad collisions on the DX class

• Fixed uv mapping issues on DX
  
• Filters turn black when the skin is applied
  
• Cape gauge bogie mount supports are centered correctly
  
• Added round mesh to the drivers side on the DXB

Reuploading the bogies mentioned in last update as they were not rotated properly

Most bogies still trip FBD when it is still on the rails, will fix in due time. Clyde Hiad seems OK.
