Fixed the disappearing sub building by changing it to a prop dependency. I guess that's not really a fix - but that's what I did.

Idly speaking, did you know that working with the asset editor in Cities:Skylines is sometimes like dealing with a federal tax agent? It's hard to tell what it wants sometimes, until something is wrong - and then everything goes sideways.
