Reverted the price hike for Capture Pods. This mod no longer touches the file for that item.
The price increase for Pet Healing Stations is still there.

Adds two more patch files to increase the prices of Capture Pods and Pet Healing Stations to 1500 and 3000, respectively. Now they're not so dirt-cheap anymore.
