Hotfix for Alarielle whose region code didn't make it into the 2.0 rework!

Updated for patch 1.7
- now covers Nakai, Wulfhart and Gelt (Gor-Rok's starting city already covered in previous update)

The Higher Tier mod has received a 2.0 update. This new rework adds optional Mod Configuration Tool (MCT) support. When using the MCT mod, you can tailor the city tier, player only parameter and/or also let every region capital be upgraded on the world map. It should also resolve the miscommunication with SFO on the Vortex campaign.

Updated for patch 1.6 + DLC

Re-upload as the default Steam version was incorrectly switched out with the player only version
