Replacement Lenses +6

Material Changes
Changed materials to fit with the C96 and Mauser Carbine. And also to not look so pewpy.

Projectile Changes
Added custom projectile model, light, and tweaked the speed I think.

Added Custom Scope
Possibly broke everything because materials are a joy.

Reduced Credit Cost
The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment.
