The reason they use CS:S in maps is not to spend all your money or kill your computer, but because the textures and models are nice to use in GMod maps, the assets look a lot more modern. Look at some of the great maps requiring CS:S or L4D2, more modern and realistic.

Counter-Strike: Source is a great game, can you 7 year olds quit whining and just accept it, save up your fucking pocket money, buy it and shut up...

Also children, don't copy and paste that message and spam it on every map that requires CS:S, it annoys us adults.

the reason why most gmod maps with required games (such as CS:S, L4D or L4D2, HL2E2 and other games something like that) so that they can spend all your money and kill your computer. they only did that because they're f***ing a-holes and they only want to ruin your life and i am one of those victims, yeah that happen to me too, so i have to force myself breaking all of my swear jar tips with a f***ing sledge hammer just to get another f***ing PC in a really hard way, so please beware do not fall for these douchbags or you'll might regret your entire career!
