ttt_clue_se_2017

This is an updated and recompiled version of the tt_clue_se map.
All textures and sounds are included in this workshop addon.

The following has changed so far:
- Leaks have been fixed, so that the map shows all models correctly
- All ladders have been replaced by actual static ladder models
- The balustrade on the upper floor has a player_clip now
- Stuck was added to several rooms
- The piano room has an rainy outside view now
- The attic has a window for more light
- The skybox is more appealing
