Steerable axle for long tank trailers

This mod adds steerable rearest axle for default long tank trailers:
- Acid Tank Long Trailer
- Chemical Tank Long Trailer

Warning:
– This mod works on ATS version 1.6.2.x, 1.28.x – 1.30.x, and now is compatible with 1.31 & 1.32.
– It is not compatible with other mods that add this trailer types in traffic or add new skin/livray for this trailer types!


Guide:
Before you will activate my mod, make sure the "Chemical Tank Long Trailer" and "Acid Tank Long Trailer" are not within sight of the current player location (and of course including current job!). If they are, leave this place (at a sufficient distance, 2–3 real km from companies that send this trailer types) and safe the game, then activate my mod.

Companies that send this trailer types:
- Phoenix Freight
- Chemso Ltd.
- Rail Export
