This guide will show you how my build works and how you can become one of the most useful heisters on your crew!

Do note that this build takes time to get used to and it has its flaws that I will talk about later. But if you can get all of those flaws dealt with then this build shines through with the overall power and awe of the mosconi 12G along with the street sweeper.

Introduction
This build utilizes the damage and fire rate of both the mosconi and the street sweeper, while also be able to provide the necessary fire support to stop masses of cops from slapping you until you get downed.

Lets go over the pros and cons

Pros
-able to deal with elites and heavies with one shot
-able to quickly dispatch tasers, medics and shields
-Quick and easy armor regen makes it difficult to lose a huge amount of health
-Able to get out of sticky situations fast
-converts and the buffs they bring
-good way to regenerate health

Cons
-Has some trouble dealing with snipers and bulldozers
-with the mosconi comes a high risk high reward playstyle that might make you vulnerable in some cases
-enemies that are quite far might be more tedious to take out
-Getting tazed with the Mosconi can be a pain sometimes

Now with all of that aside, lets get into the DLC required
-For everything except the perk deck just get the UE
-For the perkdeck you're gonna need sociopath so getting hotline miami 2 deluxe edition will give you that
Perk deck

The sociopath perk deck is very useful for this build. And let me tell you why
-The damage reduction is a small but good addition for you and your survivability
-The armor regen naturally goes best with shotguns as you get the most armor in close combat and you have a shotgun...which is also useful for close combat
-The health regeneration from melee killing an enemy merges well with the close combat that occurs with this build
-The panic also helps extremely with hordes of enemies close to you and allows you to pick off enemies more easily

Along with the other skills that we will bring, this perk deck becomes amazingly good for this build
Mastermind Skills

We're gonna start off with the skills of Controller

Forced friendship basic- starting skill to get into converts

Joker aced- Having a convert is very valuable in this build and making sure it can stay alive with the buffed damage will also prove useful

Partners in crime aced-Along with the increased damage resistance these skills give you, it also gives you a 10% speed boost and 30% more health, which adds a huge amount in terms of survivability

Hostage taker aced- This skill will make sure you stay in the fight with as much health as you can and will be useful down the long road

These skills are meant to make you have as much buffs as you can so you are more resiliant and versatile in every way while also letting you have a convert that will be beneficial in not only distracting enemies, but taking out a few as well.

Enforcer Skills

Lets start off with the shotgunner skill tree

Underdog basic- Starting skill to get into shotgun skills

Shotgun CQB aced- A must-have skill for all shotgun buil[/screenshot]ds, the decreased reload speed is vital in making sure you always have a shell in both chambers, as well as making sure your street sweeper is loaded

Shotgun impact aced- This skill is actually meant for the street sweeper rather than the Mosconi, this increased damage helps the street sweeper become more viable against elites and heavies

Far away basic- since most of the time you will be hipfiring, it's a good idea to have a decent accuracy boost when aming down the sights in order to hit farther targets and snipers

Overkill basic- Having the 75% damage boosts is a MUST in this build. Without this, heavies take 2 rounds from the mosconi and tasers/medics take 3 shots. This skill reduces the shots on heavies from 2 to 1 and the shots on tasers/medics from 3 to 2.

Tank skill tree

Resilience aced- Since you will be going up close, you will encounter flashbangs all teh time, and acing this skill will help with that. Being flashed is not a good spot to be in when you are close to your enemies as it leaves you very vulnerable.

Shock and Awe basic- standard tank build skill while also helping you and your crew

Bullseye aced- you will be going for headshots most of the time, so having this skill will make you gain a huge amount of armor along with Sociopath effects

Iron man aced- As a tank build, this is a must for having the most survivability

Ammo Specialist skill tree

Scavenger basic- starting skill to get ammo skills

Bulletstorm aced and Extra Lead aced- Basic ammo skills that will benefit you and your crew

Fully Loaded aced- Having more ammo never hurt anybody, but it's the increased ammo pickup that makes this skill a must for this build. It makes sure you always get one shell in return for your mosconi and around 3-4 shells for your street sweeper
Technician Skills

Ghost Skills


Lets start off with the Artful Dodger skill tree

Duck and cover basic- Basically a must for every build

Parkour basic- Not only do you actually feel a lot faster with this skill, you can also pair it with the Partners in crime skill for a great speed boost
Fugitive Skills

Lets start off with the Brawler skill tree

Martial Arts basic- starting skill in order to get melee skills and bezerker

Bloodthirst basic- In order for sociopath to be actually decent, we must bring the skill that makes us have a huge amount of melee damage

Bezerker aced- Now I know what you might be thinking, "Investigate, we have Hostage Taker aced, so why do we need this if it's just gonna go away?"
the point of bringing bezerker aced is to make sure you are getting yourself out of a bad situation until you can regenerate your health. If you get your bezerker state at around 30% ranged damage, you can instantly one hit kill tasers and medics. This skill also helps you recover faster using more melee damage to get the sociopath health regen. Pair this with bloodthirst basic and you can get around 4500% more melee damage, and by doing the math, you can get around 33,750 damage in one swing, AKA the best way to dispatch a dozer in a bad situation.
Weapons

primary- The mosconi 12G is the soul of this build, and it has been modded to be as versatile and dangerous as possible

Secondary- The street sweeper is shield killer and stunner for this build, and can easily take out a shield with one shot. Its modded to have a horizontal spread to hit multiple targets at once and allows you to hit both shields if shields spawn in pairs

Additional equipment

NOTE: I'm not specific on anything here, you can bring whatever you want

Mask- Make sure to bring a mask that can instill fear into the enemies eyes before they get buckshotted into oblivion

Melee- Anything that can kill, so the buzzer/electric knuckles wont be the best choice

Throwable- Anything can suffice but I prefer to bring a grenade so you can utlize the potential of Fully Loaded aced

Deplyable- For this version I'm bringing ammo bags, but you can also try to modify the build to have doctor bags instead (Getting rid of convert skills and putting them into doctor bags and inspire)

Armor- The ICTV is gonna be your best friend in this build. If you want to just have the CTV and get 8 more free skill points then go for it!
Conclusion and flaws
Some flaws that this build have are quite obvious, and I will list all of them and tell you how you can try to compensate
-Snipers
These weak things embrace a shotgun user as it can be very difficult to hit one that is long range with a shotgun. The best ways to combat snipers are
1. Keep aiming down sights and aim for the head, then just keep blasting shots at him until your character screams that they actually got him. Or
2. Straight up avoid snipers (Like the ones across the planet in undercover) and let your teammates get them or just stay out of their line of sight
-Bulldozers
Since you only have 2 shots to spare, taking out bulldozers can be a little tiresome as they take multiple shots to the head to kill. there are 3 ways to take out a dozer without getting yourself killed
1. Keep aiming for the faceplate and the head while jotting in and out of cover while reloading
2. use your street sweeper to take off the faceplate and then switch to your mosconi, repeat strategy 1. but also not that the dozer has less health from the dragons breath round
3. Bloodthirst the living daylight out of him by slamming your melee weapon into him
-Tasers
You might be in big trouble if you get tazed while holding your mosconi, so if this happens you can do 3 things
1. Quickly aim for him and try to stun him with one shot
2. pray to the coding of AI pathfinding that an enemy will walk between you and the taser
3. Type in chat for someone to help before you get downed

This build can be very flexible and can sport many different versions. Feel free to ask about anything, or if you think I can improve somewhere in this build!

The gangsta stock is to decrease accuracy in order to get as much headshots as you can without sacrificing too much accuracy to the point of not being able to hit anything

Anarchist could work, but with the ictv it will take a long time before your armor fully regenerates. If you think about switching from the ictv to the lbv or the suit then you might have to rework all of the skills to accommodate dodge
