@Scerio: Good question...It could also be another level, you are right. I just made it Lvl 5 because all the other homes I`ve created are also Lvl 5.
If you use RICO it is easy to change it into another level like you want it.
If you use the Growable version...hmm...i should think about to make it open for all levels.
