CIS Vehicles Package

This is a redone version of the addon found here. I have removed the models that I wouldn't be able to turn into a vehicle with the current base. I also fixed the reference models and physics models for all the remaining vehicles so that they spawn in correctly in accordance to this guide[docs.google.com].

If you repackage this addons code (as in the lua, vmts, or qc compile file), the physics models(not the reference model) and the sounds recorded by and made by me (as in I sat in my room literally making sounds with water on glass to make star wars esc sounds) a DMCA will be filed as well as a report. The source for all the models I have uploaded are not the same as the source as liams, Star Wars developers have like 20 iterations for most really popular vehicles.

"Copyrighting" is just required language by steam to be able to control addons after they are uploaded. I only actively prevent 1:1 reuploads by servers, since it serves no purpose anymore to reupload with the optimized workshop download system and my deciion to opt to combine all of them into one big pack instead.
