So what exactly does it do?

It makes all the class skills have 0 cooldown and cost 0 skill points. Not only that, most of them will have extended (read, super extended) range and super damage.

Please debuff the warhead skill of Sharpshooter class......There is no way I can survive such explosive after launch......

Disable the mod when you fight warmasters.

This breaks the main quest. Final quest is impossible with enemy being super sniper class.

work for warmaster capacities too ! wen bumping my ship is shutdown for infinit time and dont réinisialise if i load a save, i have to end game and restart.
