Lod texture sizes are invalid in this pack, as per LSM:
Stone Retaining Wall 1 prop 32m
Invalid LOD texture size 56 x 56

Update to my previous post...
I thought that this may be causing the shiny black Lod problem i have in my game. I unsubscribed from this prop. IT WASN'T THE CAUSE.
The presence of invalid Lod texture sizes in your game "can" cause black Lods in other buildings in the game, but THIS WAS *NOT* THE CAUSE OF BLACK LODS IN MY GAME.
