Nah i feel as you all have it wrong. Flamers early against SM or Orks is a must. You can cage them in a rush with your devistators in front of your marines.
Plasma is a great mid game cause it hit armour so you will build that on Eldar and mid game so you can kill higher tier units.
Kill team is great to keep your push. But you push with flamers then defend to get 2 devs. build to T2. Assult with a drop dred and assult terms with the doctrin to kill dev pos time.
