This is a different variation of a 4x2 Level 2 high residential based on Singapore HDB style building.

11-Story Building
- Level 2 Growable
- After Dark ready
- 4963 tris, 512 x 512 textures
- Custom LOD model: 107 tris, 256 textures
- With coffeeshop and shops at level 1!

- Cost: 188,500

I really enjoyed creating these buildings. HDB buildings is the core of Singapore's architecture.

You need to download RICO mod. Activate the RICO mod in game and when you load a map, press on the RICO icon and this building is found in the Hi-Res Tab
