คำอธิบาย
This addon allows you to change the accuracy of all the NPCs of a certain class. It was made by CowThing, I just fixed and optimized it a bit, and reuploaded it to the workshop with his permission. Tell me if you find any problems.

Console commands:
npc_prof_menu - Opens the configuration menu.
npc_prof (NPC CLASS) (PROFICIENCY) - Changes the proficiency manually.

Where "NPC CLASS" can be:
alyx
barney
citizen
combine_soldier
metropolice
father_grigori
all

And "PROFICIENCY" can be:
poor
average
good
very_good
excellent
perfect

By default all NPC's have "good" accuracy. This resets when a map starts.

As per this video, this mod doesn't really work. It reverts almost as soon as it's applied.
