If you are going to remember just one thing - you can't sail directly into the wind.

If you want to sail into direction of the wind, you need to follow a zig-zag pattern - following process known as beating. For more information see: wiki[en.wikipedia.org]

• Angle "sailboat to wind" matters. Simplifying you might be a) in no go zone b) sailing upwind c) sailing downwind
  
• If you are in a) "no go zone" - push the tiller to steer out of the no go zone.
  
• When going "upwind" - keep sails tight ( main sheet ball pulled in ). When sails are flapping, they are not tight enough and you will go slower.
  
• When going "downwind", keep sails loose ( let go of main sheet ball, in fact push it towards the block ) - this way you will catch more wind.
  
• How to stop? Turn the boat into the wind ( enter the No Go Zone ).

The boat tips depending on your position in the play-space. This can be used to keep the boat flat, that makes you go faster.

You need to be "Able Seaman" to access Yacht.

• Start using green button ( touch with controller, then press trigger )
