[R&F] Leugi's Kongo Leader Pack

Description
Adds Anna Nzinga as an alternate leader for Kongo, and reworks vanilla Kongo/Mvemba's abilities. Requires Rise and Fall.
NOTE: If you want to disable Anna or the Rework you may do so by modifying the "Leu_Settings.sql" file on the mod folder




Main Strengths: Great Works and Growth.

Kongo Rework:
UA: Nkisi: +4 Culture and +1 Food from each Relic, Artifact, Religious and Sculpture Great Works. Whenever a Citizen is born it generates burst Great Artist points. Granaries receive two slots for any type of Great Work.
UD: Mbanza: A district unique to Kongo that can only be constructed in Rainforest or Woods and not next to a City Center. Replaces the Neighborhood district but is available earlier and cheaper to build. Provides +5 Housing , +2 Food, and +1 Great Artist Point, regardless of Appeal.



Leader: Afonso I: (Mvemba Rework)
LUA: Priests and Ngangas: Establishing a Religious Alliance for the first time with another civilization grants a permanent
+5% Great Person Points and +1 Loyalty bonus to all Cities. The bonus is granted again when leveling up the alliance. +2 Great Artist points from Religious Buildings.
Agenda: Letters to the King: Likes civilizations that bring their Religion to Kongo cities. Dislikes civilizations that break promises to him.



Leader: Anna Nzinga:
LUA: Strategist of Matamba: Governors generate +1 Influence point on your cities with an Encampment, and +1 Influence point more if the city has an Mbanza. Units receive a Combat Bonus when occupying a District or a Fort Tile.
Agenda: Ngola Sisters: Likes civilizations that share information with her. Dislikes civilizations that attack City-States.

Notes:
The mod is compatible with YnaMP and JFD's RwF.
It also replaces the Ana Nzinga Great General with Albrecht von Wallenstein

Please note, renaming Mvemba to Afonso is to further differentiate her from Anna Nzinga, and to highlight his conversion and baptism as they are part of the theme of the leader anyway. I respect if you dislike that but I'm not planning to revert it (if you deactivate the rework through Leu_Settings it also disables the name change however).

Also, Nzinga is not animated.

Due to having the official Firaxis release of Anna Nzinga as Nzinga Mbande, the mod will be ineligible to play.

wouldn't Anna Nzinga make more sense as a leader of a Angola civ rather than Kongo, since she led the kingdom of Angola?

i have an unrelated comment to the mod. i was curious if there was a resource i could be pointed to for how to create leader mods for civilization. i cannot find anything specific, but i already have assets (models, audio, art) just have no idea where to put them and what to change.

@zon I agree. I think Anna is the better leader of the two.
